and so it Begins

Day 1.  Swim went real well, worked on new techniques to improve stroke count and to cut down the energy required to swim any distance. From what I have read this is important when it comes to triathlons so might as well get in the habit now so I do not have to spend time breaking bad habits when I start getting ready for a specific race.  Calorie intake went well, had a salad and soup for lunch and a beef patty and vegetables for supper. Total calorie count for today is 2100. not bad.
